My husband is Lonnie E. McNerney Sr. We're from Washington state. Currently we live in Sunnyside, but my husband's parents are from Wenatchee area. His Dad is Ardell Chafin McNerney. His father was Lew Ellis McNerney, and his grandfather was William Chafin McNerney. Lew had a large ranch in Montana somewhere (or maybe in Wyoming or Missouri), but he lost it to bankruptcy. He had a daughter in from his first wife - Wanda - that would be Ardell's half-sister. He believes she lives somewhere in Chicago and that she worked as a concert pianist during the 1930's.
